Programs approved by the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC) are developed based on the Bilingual Education Curriculum Design, which aligns with the competencies established nationally in the Early Childhood Education Plan. Paraguayan and American cultures are integrated significantly and creatively within the program for all grades.
Special attention is given to the child as the protagonist of their learning and to play as the main methodology of the pedagogical process. Emphasis is placed on personal and social development, critical and reflective thinking, as well as the child's relationship with the natural, social, cultural environment, values, and solidarity.
Pre-Kinder
In Kinder 3, students begin the bilingual English-Spanish program, whose main objective is to gradually introduce the child to English while acquiring Spanish through different thematic units and developing skills with learning strategies aligned with evolutionary processes based on the principles of Neuroeducation.
Kinder
In Kinder 4, the Kinder 3 program is expanded with an emphasis on increasing and consolidating vocabulary, oral expression, and understanding of the English language, as well as introductory math concepts.
Pre-School
In Kinder 5, programmatic double schooling begins, with the English program in the morning and the Spanish program in the afternoon. Both emphasize literacy processes in both oral and written expression, as well as reading comprehension, which form the foundation for skills needed in the first grade of Basic School Education.
